today's record

My NIKE+ didn't work properly today. 

 Although I had changed the unit to brand new one, it hasn't fanctioned right.

There's still something wrong with it.

The record I made is supposed to be connected to twitter

as soon as  I connect my iPod to NIKE+, but it didn't happen.

Anyway,

I ran 7.51km   39'39"   5'17/km

just average result.....

I'm forcing myself to run 20km in less than 2hours,

so far, I don't think I can make it.

I must work on so hard !
